Are you a seasoned PHP Developer ready for a new challenge? We're seeking a knowledgeable, proactive individual to join our dynamic team as a Senior PHP Developer. Your mission will be to help improve our IT systems' efficiency and increase our product's value, making a significant impact on system architecture and the technologies we use.

As a Senior PHP Developer, you will:

• Design and implement systems supporting new features.
• Identify and address architectural and technical debt.
• Develop a robust automated test suite for a Continuous Deployment environment.
• Collaborate closely with team leads, product owners, and other team members.
• Take full ownership of your domain, including application code, deployment approach, infrastructure, and architecture.
• Share your knowledge of tools and techniques with the wider engineering department.

Your professional skills and background:

• Advanced knowledge of PHP 8, MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with architectural and deployment patterns.
• Familiarity with at least one server-to-server communication approach: REST/HTTP, gRPC, messaging.
• Understanding of software maintainability, scalability, and observability.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Commitment to automated testing and continuous improvement.

Compensation

The monthly gross salary for this position is 4533 - 5539 EUR.
